4. User Accounts

To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during and after registration. You shall be responsible for all acts done through the use of your registered account on the Platform.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches.
5. Payment Terms
By using our services, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees and charges for the services used
- Provide accurate and complete payment information
- Be responsible for any transaction fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider
- Verify all transaction details before confirming payments
6. Service Limitations and Warranties
MirrorPay and third parties do not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials offered on this platform or through the Services. You acknowledge that such information may contain inaccuracies or errors.
We reserve the right to:

- Refuse service to anyone for any reason

7. User Responsibilities

11. Limitation of Liability
MirrorPay shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages
- Damages for loss of profits, revenues, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or delays
- Errors in transaction processing
- Loss of data or unauthorized information access
In no event will liability exceed the amount paid for using the Services or Rs. 100, whichever is less.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform an obligation if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kalyan, Maharashtra.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
